At Moonglow Denture Specialists, we are committed to providing the highest level of care and personal attention to our patients. We are a fee-for-service practice, which means that we do not accept insurance directly. However, we understand that insurance is an important part of many patients' healthcare planning, and we aim to make the process as smooth as possible for you.
What This Means for You:
No Direct Insurance Billing: As a fee-for-service office, we do not participate in any insurance plans. This allows us to focus solely on your care without the constraints and delays that can sometimes be caused by insurance networks.
We'll Provide Necessary Codes: After each visit, we will provide you with all the necessary dental ADA codes that you can use to submit claims to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Payment at Time of Service: Payment for all services is due at the time of your visit. We accept various forms of payment, as described in our financial policy below, and we can provide you with an itemized statement if your insurance company requires it for reimbursement.

Financial Policy
For your convenience, we accept payments made with cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also offer financing through CareCredit®.
Please note that all remaining balance must be satisfied prior to the delivery of the prosthesis.

Cancellations
Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
